Registration Terms & Conditions
I own a Caymas Boat.
I will meet all qualification guidelines outlined with each sanctioned tournament trail and Program Rules and Conditions of the Caymas Cash Program for each event.
I will meet the clothing requirements listed and wear required apparel during a competition day when applicable.
I will complete, sign, and return this form, along with the $100 registration fee and proof of ownership (state registration or bill of sale) prior to competing.
I understand that Caymas decision is final in all matters determining the eligibility and claims of the Caymas Cash Program.
I understand to all 4 – 6 weeks for payment of qualified claims.
I understand that Caymas Boats will file a Miscellaneous IRS 1099, in conformity with IRS regulations, for Caymas Cash paid, with a copy mailed to each participant for the appropriate tax year.
I agree to allow the use of my name, photography, and/or likeness by Caymas for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation by participating in this Program.
I understand that the Caymas Cash contingency program runs from January 1st to December 31st, and I have indicated above the calendar year program that I am registering for.
I understand that the Date of Original Purchase (DOOP) is defined as the date of purchase by the original (first) owner of the boat. Subsequent transactions of the boat to other owners do not reset the date of original purchase. This Date of Original Purchase determines the payout schedule that I am eligible for on the tournament date.
Caymas Boats reserves the right to make changes to Caymas Cash at any time.
